The process of Spiritual Direction, emerging from various spiritual traditions, seeks spiritual growth and discernment - especially during times of change or doubt. The mentoring process creates a safe, confidential space for exploration of the Divine “still, small voice within us” without judgement. Sometimes it is about asking difficult questions and being open to hearing unexpected answers. Sometimes it is about realigning our understanding about our purpose and the presence of the Divine. Sometimes it is about letting go of old stereotypes and letting the Divine speak in new ways. The goal is to help us integrate spirituality, grow personally, and live authentically.
